Symptoms can vary depending on the type of gynae cancer but may include:
- Abnormal vaginal bleeding or discharge

Gynae cancers are staged based on the size of the tumor, depth of invasion, and spread to nearby tissues or distant organs:
Stage I:
Localized to the origin organ
Stage II:
Spread to nearby reproductive structures
Stage III:
Spread to pelvic or abdominal lymph nodes
Stage IV:
Distant metastasis to organs like the liver or lungs

- Early stage- involves larger area with impaired mobility of vocal cords
- Advanced stage – Involves much larger area of larynx with extension to surrounding structures
- Very advanced stage – invasion of cancer into major arteries of neck or spread to pther organs like luns,liver
- Very early stage- Endoscopic removal or laser in selected cases
- Early stage – Radiation therapy
- Advanced stage -surgery and patient has a permanent tracheostomy
- Very advanced stage – Only chemotherapy, in some cases radiation therapy.
