As the Director of Surgical Oncology in a 1000-bedded quaternary care centre, Dr. Senthil Kumar Ravichander has been leading his team to excel in advanced cancer treatments. He was instrumental in establishing a robust oncology practice at MIOT Hospital for nearly a decade, which is now recognized for its comprehensive cancer care. With over 18 years of experience, he has had the privilege of serving thousands of patients not only from India but also from more than 50 countries across the globe.
Dr. Ravichander received his training at some of the finest cancer centres, including Tata Memorial Hospital – Mumbai and JIPMER. His expertise in breast oncoplastic surgery, robotics, and laparoscopic techniques—particularly for gastrointestinal, gynaecological, urology, thoracic, and head and neck malignancies, along with HIPEC and PIPAC—has been a cornerstone of his surgical practice.
